We are in the Warehouse Unit at the back of the Place de Leon strip mall at 1212 Lasalle Blvd. The clinic space is specifically located inside "The Basement Fitness" gym facility.
Parking spots are located at the back of the mall. If there are not parking spots available at the back, you are welcome to park in the front parking lot of the Place de Leon mall as well. Street parking is also available.
